Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should develop and implement quality procedures, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Should ensure all quality requirements are being followed in production.Should suggest alternative solutions to customers to fulfill their needs.
∎ Coordinate with Finishing section on transfer of parts which are passed on all quality parameters.
∎ Ensure the Process of Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection is implemented.
∎ Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs.
∎ To follow buyer compliance, conduct team meetings to meet highest quality standard.Follow up the internal, pre-final and final audit and take action if required.
∎ Train and monitor the FQC, QI, and ensure the quality garments.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower.To confirm on time shipment with required quality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
