Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Knitting & Dyeing .
∎ Responsible for factory administration.
∎ Ensure Fabric Quality Before Delivery.
∎ Execute Total Order Dyeing Finishing And Delivery, According to schedule.
∎ Co coordinator with Knitting Dyeing & quality Delivery.
∎ Fabrics Received and Delivery all Responsibility.
∎ Confirm shade approval And Finishing Fabric Delivered.
∎ Plan And Execute as per buyer Requirement.
∎ Assure Quality as per Buyer Requirements.
∎ To set up the line as per layout sheet.
∎ To check first production and daily output and to make sure the quality.
∎ To balance the absenteeism from existing manpower.
∎ To ensure the best quality and find out the root cause of defects.
∎ Find out the bottleneck and solve it instantly.
∎ To check the Issue for all workers as per daily requirement.
∎ To balance the line as per IE report & graph.
∎ Train the weak operators for improvement.
∎ Have to ensure the proper utilization for man, machine & materials.
∎ To maintain and establish the HR rules and regulations.
∎ Responsible for all fit, construction and technical related efforts from development to production.
∎ Take measurements and make comments on fit and workmanship of photo, size set and pre-production samples.
∎ Adjust the measurement charts and pattern if needed.
∎ Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
∎ Create measurement charts with the help of base measurements for every product category.
∎ Validate PPS for production also regarding fabric quality and colors for all product groups.
∎ Approve the sample fitting and provide comments in technical point of view.
∎ Technical support in product engineering.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.);
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality, ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issues by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explaining to the Quality team.
∎ Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 3 years of experinece on related field
