Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ B.Sc in Textile in Engineering (Wet Process)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional Certificate will be added extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Garments Washing Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the samples with required wash along with several proposition.
∎ Check and monitor all over the quality of a large washing plant.
∎ Follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry) section.
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Discuss with the quality responsible every morning and brief them regarding quality Standard & take reports from them.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Have sound knowledge regarding housekeeping and documentation.
∎ To identify the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Find out the problem of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of General Manager - Wash.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and predictive action.
∎ Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality.
∎ Follow up on the proper system of all processes of dry and wet.
∎ Provide proper instruction for new style or buyer.
∎ Prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ Discuss with Merchandiser regarding quality and get information and instruction from him to get ultimate quality.
∎ Keep ready the responsible team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ Properly support the factory in providing a comprehensive quality control service to the washing department from Sampling to Final Inspection.
∎ Have to implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
