• Must have experience in local purchase.

• Must have good computer skills, Able to prepare reports in computer.

• Should be hard working, honest and sincere.

• Must have Knowledge about all Purchase Materials.

• Procuring all materials from local sources in line with company policies and requirements.

• Purchasing raw materials for garment production, such as dyes, chemicals, accessories, machines, and machinery parts.

• Creating a time and action plan for all orders and following up regularly.

• Following up on prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers using comparative statements (CS).

• Purchasing goods at a competitive price after verifying the market.

• Ensuring timely delivery of goods to the factory and following up with the store for timely receipt of the goods.

• Ensuring timely submission of bills to accounts for final settlement.

• Maintaining all purchase-related data in the computer for future reference.

• Handling any other purchase-related tasks assigned by the management.

• Capable of independently managing all purchases for the company.
