• Diploma

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / relevant field.
• Diploma holders with relevant and strong experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in mechanical and electrical items.
• Experience in Baking industry or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of mechanical and electrical equipment, spare parts, raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials.
• Identify reliable suppliers / vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee supplier account reconciliation and ensure timely payment processing.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and store departments to understand requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project or operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
