• Batchelor / Master’s degree in any discipline.

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5–15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing sector.

• Experience in Baking industry or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and analysis).

• Capable in software operation and internet browsing with the ability to support day-to-day tasks.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise field sales teams.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of FMCG/bakery market dynamics and distribution channels.

• Experience in managing distributors, dealers, and retail networks.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
