Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor or master's in marketing, public relation, and journalism, English, or any discipline from the reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Promotion, Journalism, Marketing, Promotion and Branding, Public Relation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies addressing any and all issues relating execution of PR projects by maintaining SOP.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management.
∎ Supervising and writing PR articles, promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
∎ Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson.
∎ Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
∎ Developing event formats and programs and overlooking the events team to ensure the successful delivery of the events.
∎ Writing high-quality external communications documents, such as Memorandum of Understanding, Sponsorship Proposals, Partnership Contracts, monthly updates, emails to corporate partners and supporters, and other marketing materials as required.
∎ Maintaining correspondence and providing high standards of relationship management to existing corporate partners and supporters.
∎ Identifying potential sources of corporate funding and securing new business development meetings with potential partners, supporters or sponsors.
∎ Preparing budgets and communicating with the Finance department.
∎ Reporting for projects and deliver to clients as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Branding, Networking, Documentation, Fund Raising, Innovation, Project proposal writing, Report Writing.
∎ Command a deep personal understanding of corporate strategies to develop stronger relationships and alignment with the organization and cultivate partnership opportunities.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Any additional benefit will be disbursed to conform to the company policies.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per policy.
