Responsibilities & Context:

1. Guest Relations:

Greet VIP guests and ensure their comfort.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.

Build strong relationships with repeat and high-profile guests.

2. Media & Publicity:

Communicate with media and journalists regarding hotel events.

Prepare press releases and promotional content.

Organize press conferences or hotel launch events.

3. Brand Representation:

Represent the hotel at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Maintain a positive image of the hotel in the public eye.

4. Social Media & Marketing Support:

Coordinate with marketing to manage online reputation.

Assist in managing hotel’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

5. Internal Communication:

Coordinate internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement.

Keep hotel staff updated on news, policies, and promotional campaigns.

6. Corporate & Client Relations:

Liaise with corporate clients and travel agents.

Maintain good relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

7. Crisis Management:

Respond to any PR issues or negative publicity.

Prepare statements or responses when needed.

8. Marketing & Promotions:

Manage and promote through social media (Facebook, Instagram)

Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and special offers

9. Sales Promotion:

Promote buffet, catering, or food delivery services

Visit local offices or businesses to generate leads

10. Event Coordination:

Manage bookings for birthdays, meetings, or private parties

Customize packages according to customer needs

11. Customer Service:

Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally

Collect customer feedback and prepare improvement reports

12. Reporting & Strategic Planning:

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports

Analyze market trends and suggest promotional strategies
