Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Music (Honors) from reputed University or Certificate Course in Music from Bangladesh Shilpakola Academy.
∎ 2 years experience in music related job.
∎ Skills Required: Flexibility and Adaptability, Information technilogy, patience and flexible, Problem solving and decision making, Training Facilitation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Independently, Analytical Thinking, highly proactive, Planning and organizing, result oriented
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct classes to teach teacher with adequate preparation and lesson planning;
∎ Conducting debriefing sessions for the trainee teachers on school practice and coordinating training school activities for teachers’ professional development;
∎ Approve lesson plans developed by the trainee teachers, observe lesson delivery at training school, provide feedback and support trainee teachers to improve their lesson planning and teaching to facilitate learning in the simulation classes;
∎ Coordinate between PTTI theory classes and Training school-based teaching;
∎ Coordinating training school activities for teachers’ professional development;
∎ Guiding trainee teachers in conducting research activities for reflective professional practice;
∎ Organize cultural programme;
∎ One or Two demo class presentation in every week.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of the primary education system in Bangladesh.
∎ Technical expertise in ICT and Education Technology.
∎ Must have Fluency in musical notation.
∎ Experience in music teaching and training will be preferred.
∎ Expert in playing at least 2 musical instruments will be preferred
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per project provision.
