Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA)
∎ Masters in Psychology/ Sociology/ Social work / Anthropology from any reputed University with at least one year practical experience in Child Counseling. Good skill on Chittagonian language.
∎ Skills Required: Counseling

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Referral and engagement by service providers needs to be also ensured in addition to providing basic information and psycho-social counseling services (information and awareness; or provision of basic services)
∎ Psycho-social counseling will be provided, but need to ensure a separate space to conduct counseling sessions
∎ Plan and conduct outreach information and counseling session
∎ Liaison with other service providers and partners at the District and Upazila level, to ensure that their activities of information, humanitarian assistance and services are also channeled through the CFS to the extent possible.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly plan and share with the coordinator.
∎ Ensure referral and engagement of other service providers.
∎ Provide frequent feedback/updates to central administration;
∎ Any other tasks required by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of child rights, child abuse, Child Marriage, Sexual and Gender based Violence (SGBV) in normal and emergency situation
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and time zones
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Power Point
∎ Report writing skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 48000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly gross salary.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ As per project provision.
