Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Secretarial support to the respective MD.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ E-mail correspondence on behalf of respective MD.
∎ Responsible for business email.
∎ Accumulating various reports on behalf of the Managing Director.
∎ Initiating & follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Co-operate MD to Communicate with various higher official persons in the country & abroad.
∎ Prepare Meeting Minutes.
∎ Responsible for any other task by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication & computer skill.
∎ Must have fluency in English & able to communicate with buyers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
