∎ Familiar with PS network performance analysis and improvement.
∎ Technical report and presentation capability
∎ Rich experience in team management
∎ 1.At least 3 years of Huawei PS/PCRF network experience in international large-scale projects.
∎ 2.Proficient in Huawei CloudUSN、CloudUGW、CloudEPSN、UPCC product systems.
∎ 3.Proficient in PS KPI knowledge.
∎ 4.High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
∎ 5.Strong communication skills, team player.
∎ 6.Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
∎ Priority Qualification:
∎ Familiar with PS network performance analysis and improvement.
∎ Technical report and presentation capability
∎ Rich experience in team management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead and manage the local PS team to complete the maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
∎ 2.Responsible for PS network KPI performance issue troubleshooting、analysis and improvement.
∎ 3.Responsible for customer report and presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction.
∎ 4.Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
∎ 5.Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
∎ 6.Responsible for team training.
