∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all office activities of DMD Madam
∎ Arrange and fix the schedule of appointments and meetings of DMD.
∎ Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ Drafting letter, memo, proposals, reports and making daily correspondence, email as per instruction/dictation and/or own initiative.
∎ Organizing inter-departmental meetings of DMD with department or SBU heads
∎ Coordinate with other members of Management as per the direction of DMD Madam.
∎ Prepare presentation materials on different issues and able to develop policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs, etc. in English on different issues as and when required.
∎ Any other task as assigned by DMD Madam.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
