Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast Knowledge on IMPORT, TARIFF & HS CODE.
∎ Procurement (import) of Chemical, Raw material, Hardware, Machinery and Spare Parts.
∎ Ensure in time procurement for all local and international items in a competitive price based on requirement and specification.
∎ Negotiate price, terms & conditions with domestic and foreign supplier/ vendor/ authorities related to Export and Import.
∎ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Explore Low Cost Sources.
∎ Monitor supplier's performance to ensure manufacturing/supplying ability /meet quality and delivery requirements, uninterrupted source of supply.
∎ All regulatory affairs, Board of investment Registration and Re-newel & Follow-up and Joint Stock Company related work.
∎ Dealing with Key suppliers, Negotiating bank, Central bank & Government regulatory authority like Chief Controller of Imports & Exports.
∎ Strategic Purchase planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge in SCM and Procurement (import) of Chemical, Raw material, Hardware, Machinery and Spare Parts.
