∎ It is not mandatory to be an expert in all the above subjects, but candidates demonstrating competencies and solid understanding of most of the subjects will have a higher likelihood of succeeding in the positions.
∎ Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams for communication with remote teams and external partners.
∎ Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira to manage timelines, tasks, and collaboration across teams.
∎ Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.
∎ Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp for automating email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
∎ Soft Skills:
∎ The ability to clearly articulate ideas, both in writing and verbally, is essential for collaborating with internal teams, negotiating with partners, and conveying campaign goals and results.
∎ Strong negotiation skills help in securing favorable terms with partners, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines, while maintaining positive relationships.
∎ A creative mindset is important for developing unique promotional strategies and ensuring campaigns stand out, whether through content or innovative collaboration ideas.
∎ The ability to quickly identify issues during campaign execution and come up with practical solutions to keep everything on track is critical.
∎ Promotional Collaboration Managers must work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners, so strong teamwork skills are essential.
∎ Managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and relationships requires excellent organizational and time-management abilities to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
∎ A keen eye for detail ensures that all aspects of a campaign are executed flawlessly, from contracts and content to analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing promotional strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ Proposal Letters and Some applications Support as per required
∎ Physical office visit is required as per demand
∎ Visits are required as per demand for intra-school, interschool, and national-level competitions and other activities.
∎ Identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners for co-branded campaigns or promotional events.
∎ Leading and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and meet performance targets.
∎ Negotiating terms with partners, including financials, deliverables, and timelines.
∎ Working with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, creative) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.
∎ Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights or adjustments to optimize results.
∎ Communicating updates to internal teams and external partners and reporting on campaign success.
