Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer/ Electronics/ Telecommunication engineering.
∎ B.Sc in Computer/ Electrical/ Telecommunication Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Position: Project Support Engineer
∎ Job location: Rangamati, Bandarban, Khagrachhari

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare survey reports
∎ Work on Network, LAN, WAN etc.
∎ Work on basic AC/DC power, UPS, IPS, rectifier installation & Maintenance etc.
∎ Installation & commission of active devices at client side (routers, switches, Access Points)
∎ Technical support of Computer, Printer and other computer-related hardware
∎ Work on overhead deployment of fiber and related devices
∎ Customer Support & Maintenance of Radio/fiber network on regular basis
∎ Maintain good communication with all Partners/Vendors for smooth operation
∎ Generate periodic report, estimate and plan related to ISP network.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ People who are not willing to work mentioned area need not required to apply.
∎ Understanding on basic Radio/Fiber Networks
∎ Working knowledge on local area network, fiber cable splicing, Router, Switch uses.
∎ Having experience in Radio/Fiber/VSAT link installation/troubleshooting will be added qualification.
∎ Hard working, ready to travel and work on extended hours on regular basis.
∎ Extensive traveling is necessary for the position.
∎ Good Communication and interpersonal skill.

Salary: Negotiable
