• Maintain accurate and up-to-date construction site documentation (drawings, reports, approvals, and logs).
• Ensure version control and compliance with project protocols Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Align project goals and timelines through effective communication.
• Oversee daily construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Construction Planning & Execution
• Assist in developing and executing construction plans based on approved designs.
• Collaborate with project planners and engineers to optimize workflows.
• Headquarters Coordination
• Implement instructions from headquarters efficiently at the site level.
• Act as a liaison between site personnel and senior management.
• Manpower Management Source, recruit, and manage skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirements.
• Ensure productivity and resolve workforce-related issues on-site.
• Task Execution
• Execute site operations as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of assigned tasks. Submit daily work progress reports to clients and headquarters.
• Identify completed work, pending tasks, and any issues encountered.
• AutoCAD for drawing review and modification, Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking progress, and resource management.
