Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date construction site documentation (drawings, reports, approvals, and logs).
- Ensure version control and compliance with project protocols Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Align project goals and timelines through effective communication.
- Oversee daily construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Construction Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing construction plans based on approved designs.
- Collaborate with project planners and engineers to optimize workflows.
- Headquarters Coordination
- Implement instructions from headquarters efficiently at the site level.
- Act as a liaison between site personnel and senior management.
- Manpower Management Source, recruit, and manage skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirements.
- Ensure productivity and resolve workforce-related issues on-site.
- Task Execution
- Execute site operations as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of assigned tasks. Submit daily work progress reports to clients and headquarters.
- Identify completed work, pending tasks, and any issues encountered.
- AutoCAD for drawing review and modification, Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking progress, and resource management.
