Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years or B.Sc Engineer(Civil) with 3 years working experience in reputed NGO as Civil Engineer.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO/ Other Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the selection of the location for CFW, DTW and Toilets construction
∎ Monitoring for vendor's construction to ensure quality of infrastructures as per design and specification
∎ Ensure water sampling for water quality test
∎ Ensure Maintenance and repair for DTW and Toilets
∎ Ensure quality implementation of CFW schemes
∎ Prepare infrastructure activities plan as per project design.
∎ Prepare scheme list through consultation with UP and community.
∎ Prepare an effective monthly work plan and implement accordingly.
∎ Responsible for overall implementation of the project infrastructures
∎ Ensure quality implementation of Deep Tube well and Latrine construction
∎ Ensure formation of PIC for every scheme.
∎ Supervise all infrastructure activities implemented in the field
∎ Maintain coordination with Local Government, Upazila Administration, NGOs and donor in implementing the activities.
∎ Facilitate periodic visits by donor and other stakeholders.
∎ Support concerned authorities and stakeholders for conducting Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities.
∎ Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and final infrastructure report to Project Coordinator.
∎ Ensure any other reports to management as and when necessary.
∎ Do any other tasks required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of CFW infrastructure activities
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and time zones.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Power Point
∎ Strong knowledge on drawing, design and specification of culvert, Earthen Road.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 44000 - 46368 (Monthly)
∎ As per provision of the project.
