Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors Degree or Master's Degree in any Relevant Subject. MBA is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Project Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating programs to fulfill the mission of HCMP.
∎ Execute directions and assist support team in relationship management with assigned objective.
∎ Coordinate evaluation logistics for operations including maintaining necessary lists.
∎ Coordinate special events for GBV unit and provide assistance in planning and arrangement of training, conferences and meetings.
∎ Support to organize program activities and ensure quality implementation.
∎ Supportive to conduct Training Need Assessment and organize training.
∎ Participation in program activities and providing ongoing support in relation to Foundation activities at field level operations.
∎ Serve as representative of protection monitoring operation team and maintain communication with all sectors related to operation.
∎ Ensure documentation of program support related documents.
∎ Closely work with area teams, branch team to ensure project activities implementation at camp.
∎ Identify and address program support related capacity and gaps.
∎ Submit accurate and timely information to management for decision making.
∎ Coordinate with HR for Recruiting, Grievance Handling & other activities.
∎ Giving onboarding to new staff on BRAC policies and procedures
∎ Coordinate with Procurement Team of HCM
∎ Managing Office supply
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles, power relationships and gender-based violence
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and need to be willing to let the male engagement community groups be in the spotlight
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments
