The Project Officer (PO), Outreach, plays a critical role in coordinating and implementing outreach activities

that align with MSB’s strategic objectives. This position focuses on enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality

service delivery and supporting data-driven decision-making. The PO serves as a key liaison between internal

teams and external partners, contributing to the successful execution of projects and the achievement of

organizational goals.

Working Station: MSB Head Office, Dhaka. 40% time in travelling.

Contract Nature: Contractual (for 4 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Improvement and Management

  • Build and maintain high-performing MS Ladies teams, ensuring provider capacity meets or exceeds standards.

  • Implement and monitor performance strategies, including daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of site-wise data to optimize team productivity.

  • Quality Improvement

  • Ensure service quality, client satisfaction, data integrity, and adherence to clinical standards.

  • Conduct routine field visits with clinical and management staff to assess service delivery.

  • Business Planning and Management

  • Monitor donor targets, budgets, and activities monthly to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • External Relations

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local Government of Bangladesh (GoB) stakeholders.
