Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 2 years experience in DRR & WASH activities implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Skills Required: Supervision

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Community Engagement , Program Officer/ Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly work plan to achieve targets.
∎ Provide support to Community Facilitators (CF) in their day to day work
∎ Regular monitor the activities of CF at field level.
∎ Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries of the project as per guideline.
∎ Organize training for the beneficiaries.
∎ Provide technical support to CM
∎ Liaison with line Union Parishads and Upazila Education Offices for smooth implementation of project activities.
∎ Supervise all activities of CF
∎ Maintain coordination with Government service providers, Other NGOs and senior management of the project
∎ Assist PC in periodic visits by DONOR and Partner and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting as per guideline of assigned area.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report and indent of logistics.
∎ Any other tasks required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities
∎ Strong computer, organizational and time management skills
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chitagonian Dialect) will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 32000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly gross salary

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ As per project provision
