Responsibilities & Context:

BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners globally with over 100 million people living with inequality and poverty to create opportunities to realise their potential.

The main purpose of the position is to assist any logistic and shipment support of the products as per required for the production center.

  • Keep all tables/workplace neat, clean, and orderly.

  • Arrange materials, files in order as directed by the superiors.

  • Make and arranges supply of tea/refreshment as required.

  • Bring stationery, pins, clips and files etc. from the store.

  • Provide services/other supports in the meetings occasionally held in the office.

  • Deliver mail/materials outside of the office when required or directed.

  • Perform any other activities as assigned by the authority as and when required.

Safeguarding

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
