Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters Any relevant subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and update UNWOMEN M&E plan upon consultation with Project manager.
∎ Prepare logical framework for UNWOMEN in coordination with DPM & PM
∎ Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
∎ Ensure to contribute planning, design, implementation, analysis, reporting of performance and activity verification studies.
∎ Participate in planning, design, implementation, analysis, reporting of outcome or impact evaluations.
∎ Ensure the development of relevant monitoring tools and reporting formats and ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guideline.
∎ Strengthen reporting system and preservation of data/ report for periodic monitoring of program areas.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of project activities with transparency and accountability through regular monitoring & supervision; analyses the target vs. achievement scenario and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensure required support from M&E team to UNWOMEN Project in terms of periodic departmental & donor report.
∎ Develop M&E process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness
∎ Collect data from field according to the monitoring survey plan.
∎ Conduct interview (IDI, FGD or KII) with different stakeholders and beneficiaries
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on monitoring and evaluation in development/humanitarian sectors.
∎ Have good command over English both in written & verbal.
∎ In-depth computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SPSS
∎ Skill on implementation M&E tools in Kobo/ ODK etc.
∎ Strong willingness to visit field frequently and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent skills in report writing and presentation.
∎ Strong team building skills with gender friendly attitude.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently.
