Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Master in Any field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect data from field according to the monitoring survey plan and conduct interview (IDI, FGD or KII) with different stakeholders and beneficiaries.
∎ S/he will establish effective Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system in the project for constant quality improvement through implementation.
∎ S/he will closely work with project staff and other team at field and Cox's Bazar based team colleagues.
∎ S/he will implement in conduction of result-based monitoring, study/assessment in field level and will collect the performance data/information; it's analysis to measure actual progress and performance against the plan activities.
∎ S/he will support to measure efficiency, effectiveness, impact and find out limitation, challenges and learning of the project.
∎ S/he will document the learning and best practices for use in the programme and future programme development with proper Means of Verification (MoV).
∎ S/he will support to MEAL team to prepare Global Indicators for HCMP and will design digital platform e.g. KOBO and experience in ONA Platform for reporting.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Coordination and collaboration with child protection actors, CiC, SMS and government official.
∎ Used to with online data input and effective report production of every event of adolescent engagement activity
∎ The candidate should be kindness and patience as they have to deal with vulnerable children and adolescent
∎ Adolescent psychosocial wellbeing and life skill training.
