Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies, International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, Law, Enthropology, Political Science, Sociology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Community Engagement , Documentation, NGO/ Other Services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop necessary field plan for effective implementation of the field activities in the targeted project location and area
∎ To accumulate of information in project area and develop communication and liaison with the target groups and beneficiaries.
∎ To organize different training/orientation/workshop on community mobilization & awareness training on different issues specially on community engagement and resilience
∎ To organize events/training workshops/community mobilization events as per project guideline
∎ Maintain Good working relation with local government institutes, educational institutes, NGOs and other development agencies
∎ To do rapporteur/note taking during FGDs, training workshops and community mobilization activities as per project guideline.
∎ Provide fill up with information in various formats, do the first draft of the reports and send these to the Project Manager.
∎ Provide necessary support to finance team adjusting advances with an aim to maintaining transparent accounting system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age bellow or equal to 30 years; age limit may be relaxed for the competent candidates
∎ Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Need to communication skill on ICT
∎ Having mentality to stay in project areas and willingness to work with under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
