Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Statistics, Urban & Regional Planning or any other relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide training and support to relevant partners on data collection and analysis.
∎ Design and development and maintenance of databases.
∎ Carrying out various sort of Need Assessment of WASH facilities and documentation.
∎ Maintain the follow up of the project work plan and achievement and kept updated.
∎ 4Ws, Financial Tracking, Infrastructures GPS update
∎ Different types of need basis mapping.
∎ GAP analysis matrix and Area focal & Camp Focal Contact list
∎ Damage Report Monitoring and Emergency Response Stock List
∎ Maintain IEC material Google drive link
∎ WASH meeting minutes, agenda, presentation circulation
∎ Sanitation, hygiene and Water technical Working Group Meeting
∎ Meeting schedules making and maintaining. etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office software specially in MS Project and very good in Microsoft excel formulas and data analysis, ArcGIS is mandatory and any other relevant software
∎ Very good in coordination and perfect in English language.
∎ Good communication skills and Problem solving skills
∎ Interested to work in Bhasan Char
