Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Development study/ MSC in Health Science/ Environmental Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation
∎ Preparing the work plan considering the target of the project period
∎ Ensure implementation of the WASH Activities as per the work plan and or defined by his/her supervisor.
∎ Validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries, and identification of committed players.
∎ Ensure the project's technical follow-up for his/her component.
∎ Plan the activities according to the development of the project.
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits;
∎ Preparing the activity reporting
∎ Monitoring and Capacity building
∎ Regular Monitoring the activity of the construction/HP work
∎ Preparing the drawing, design and BoQ of the facilities
∎ Propose solutions or improvements for better performance of the activities
∎ Preparing the details work plan for the construction/HP work and implement as well
∎ Preparing the activity progress report of the relevant activities
∎ Regular monitor the WASH activities at field level ;
∎ Prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
∎ Monitor and follow up the volunteers' activities
∎ Assist and guidance the volunteers for smooth functioning of the project.
∎ Effective Collaboration and Cross-cutting Issues
∎ Proper documentation of the received and delivered materials in the field level (inventory)
∎ Ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level (if needed)
∎ Ensure steps of stock management (stock card, bin card etc.) as per the ACF policy.
∎ Ensuring the availability of the required materials (ensuring the SRO or relevant document) in the field level.
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Reporting
∎ Proper documentation of the received and delivered materials in the field level
∎ Ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level (if needed)
∎ Ensure the availability and proper use of the materials in the field level
∎ Ensure steps of stock management (stock card, bin card etc.) as per the ACF policy including physical inventory when needed.
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Training/Session facilitation and report writing skills
∎ Experience in IEC/ BCC materials development,
∎ Experience on PHAST, PRA, RRA, KAP survey
∎ Knowledge on qualitative and quantitative research tools.
∎ Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator software and related software
∎ Experience in SPHINX, KoBo, ODK or related software will be added value
∎ Ability to communicate with people in local language (Cox's Bazaar)
∎ Good in English (written and verbal)
∎ Team management, organizational capacity and activity planning - Ability to analyse and synthesize - Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Creativity -Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance;
∎ End of Contract Benefits: up to 2 months' Gross salary;
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year);
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year.
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year.
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Cross knowledge
