Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Geography and Environmental Studies, Computer Science/IT, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field/ any discipline.

• Support caseworkers to implement case management in line with SOPs and guiding principles.
• Provide weekly supervision and mentoring to caseworkers, facilitate case management meetings, and conduct case file reviews.
• Monitor documentation of cases, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection protocols.
• Assist the Project Coordinator and Technical Officer in capacity planning for caseworkers.
• Provide direct case management support to high-risk and complex cases when required.
• Ensure access to material, logistical, and technical support, setting eligibility criteria for assistance.
• Conduct regular support visits to project staff for child protection activities.
• Ensure case management teams maintain up-to-date service mapping for their areas.
• Deliver briefings on child safeguarding and appropriate behavior with children to all case management staff.
• Report and address safeguarding concerns immediately.
