Job Context:
∎ Centre for Community Development Assistance (CCDA) in collaboration with PKSF is implementing a sub-project of ÒPromoting Sustainable Aquaculture Centric Enterprises in the Floodplain area of Cumilla District" under Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP). To the implementation of the project CCDA is inviting application to recruit project Staff from qualified Bangladeshi candidates.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual for1 Year (extendable upon performance).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows:
∎ Leads the process of developing/ develop implementation plan of the project with detail activities, operational processes and budget for field level implementation.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for capacity building of project staff regarding project implementation.
∎ PM will the budget holder of the project and ensure the project expenditure as per project implementation plan by maintaining quality.
∎ Ensures development of M&E framework of the project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at community level.
∎ Ensure programme quality by doing a rigorous monitoring
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders and liaison with government department/administration and LGIs
∎ PM will closely work with technical team of Palli Karma -Sahayak Foundation (PKSF).
∎ will supervise a team under his/her leadership and responsible for staff management.
∎ Produce reports required under the project as per donor guideline and compliance.
∎ Document programme learning and best practices.
∎ Evaluate the performance of projects and public awareness levels.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly Reports for the Project
∎ Provide trainings to the micro-enterprise

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of working experience.
∎ Have knowledge on micro enterprise practices.
∎ Knowledge on Good Agriculture/ Aquaculture Practice.
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly monitoring report.
∎ Able to show experience of working with National / International NGO and experience of working in the remote area preference.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good knowledge in computer application software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
∎ Willingness to travel to, and work in, remote areas.
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
