∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders
∎ Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
∎ Identify and manage project risks
∎ Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget
∎ Work closely with the development team to ensure proper Scrum methodology is followed
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
∎ Ensure quality assurance of the project deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience in project management
∎ Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
∎ Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
∎ Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is preferred
