∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.
∎ Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard.
∎ Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase.
∎ Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
∎ Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
∎ Collaborate with the construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
∎ Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
∎ Review and monitor the project in-depth
∎ Budget planning and cost estimating
∎ Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations
∎ Manage casting schedule and activities
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project
∎ Plan construction operations
∎ Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
∎ Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
∎ Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
∎ Coordinates the work of support resources, analysts, and/or administrative staff, as required.
∎ Attends project meetings and manages the production of agendas and meeting minutes.
∎ Establishment of Project Management Plan
∎ Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project
∎ Maintain current and timely change orders
∎ Promote excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes
∎ Establish and attend regular meetings to review project status and formulate action items
∎ Ensure compliance with established project management and safe work processes
∎ Project delivery: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closeout of assigned projects
∎ Maintain strong communication and direct accountability to client groups and broader stakeholders. This shall include close coordination to minimize disruption to daily operations and maintain a high level of passenger experience
∎ Establish and maintain governance plan for assigned projects
∎ Provide design, construction and project delivery performance to meet budget and schedule performance expectations
∎ Build, sustain and grow and manage internal project team members providing clear expectations and goals and regular coaching to ensure continuous development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience as construction based foreign project' job experience.
∎ In-depth understanding of construction procedures and Ready Mixed Concrete with material and project management principles.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
∎ High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
∎ Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
∎ Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
