Minimum 15 years of practical experience in construction works, preferably in roles such as Site Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager.
Must have strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills.
Must be capable of managing site activities, labor, and subcontractors efficiently.
The selected candidate must reside near the project site (company-provided apartment accommodation available).
