Responsibilities & Context:
At least 10-year of experience to set up Superstore, Chain shop, Retail Store or Wholesale Shop
Ability to plan outlet project, search location, make design, manage new outlet openings, renovations, and relocations
Prepare project timelines, budgets, arrange workforce, time schedules and ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety and company standards
Liaise with landlords, suppliers (DESCO, TITAS, WASA), government authorities (POLICE) and utility providers (RAJUK, DNCC)
Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit
Make project proposal, budget, hire and train highly trained staff with HRD to run the outlet for foreign imported products
Capable to work in shifts, weekends and under pressure for the best output
Any other task by the top authority at any time
