Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects; Managing the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility; Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; Evolving business requirements and technical specification documents; Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; Reporting regularly to management; Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project; Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures; Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action; Define technical requirements and document plans for the project lifecycle deployment including the scheduling of project deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Prepare Project management Plan and other required documents. Utilize Project tools to plan project initiatives, communicate goals, and provide continual updates on progress. Coordinate internal IT projects ensuring that implementations are ready as required by client deadlines.
