Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical TechnicalEngineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Engineering preferably Mechanical/Chemical/IPE/Electrical from a public University.
∎ MBA and/or experience in Sales, Product Management or Business Management a plus.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures Health and Safety during the project phase
∎ Ensures all Regulatory & Environmental Compliance requirements are met for the project
∎ Understanding of blending & packaging operations
∎ Ensuring the project from scratch root level to completion
∎ Ensuring seamless communication & coordination with local contractors, overseas machine suppliers, erection & commissioning team etc.
∎ Proper understanding of project procurement, facility & logistics management etc.
∎ Delivers best-in-class performance on project monitoring through standardization, continuous improvement, and sharing of best practices.
∎ Builds and leads a strong team with high intensity and motivation.
∎ Trains, motivates, and develops project personnel to achieve high moral and efficient use of human resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least one complete LOBP Project.
∎ Commitment and leadership in the area of project, operations & safety
∎ 5+ years of experience in blending and packaging operations
∎ 5+ years of experience in project management and supervision
∎ Working knowledge of ISO 9000:2015 Standard
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Experience in using ERP software.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for continual improvement
∎ Familiarity with all regulatory requirements associated with handling oil and/or chemicals.
