Experience
3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Life Safety & Security Systems.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of NFPA-101, 14, 13,72 Rules and BNBC Part 4 (2020)
Strong understanding of RCS & Nirapon Audit
Knowledge of Fire Safety Plan Drawing
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D Design
Sound Knowledge of Fire Protection & Detection Systems and Project Implementation.
Working experience in Fire & Safety, Fire Protection, and Fire Detection Systems. Prepare Project Estimates, BOQ, cost analysis, and budgeting.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities
Ensure proper Fire Safety Management and compliance with relevant standards
Supervise site activities and ensure quality control and safety compliance
Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation
Lead, motivate, and manage project staff and site manpower
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
Resolve site, technical, and operational issues through effective problem-solving
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management
Take effective decisions related to project execution and operations
