• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering from any recognized university.

• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Detection & Protection systems.

• Working experience in industrial/commercial/residential/ high-rise projects will be preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of Fire Detection & Protection system components and standards.

• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in basic MS Office.

• Design review, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning of Fire Detection & Protection systems and Suppression systems.

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fire Detection & Protection systems.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specification, and fire safety standard.

• Identify requirements for additional or upgraded Fire Detection & Protection systems based on site conditions and risk assessments, and provide technical recommendations accordingly.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure quality & time of project execution.

• Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and as-built drawing.

• Lead and manage site teams, technicians, and subcontractors effectively.

• Ensure compliance with local fire authority regulations, safety codes, and company policies
