Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies, International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Economics and Anthropology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Community Engagement , NGO/ Other Services, Office Management, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management and coordination of the project team.
∎ Regular coordination with the Executive Director & assist update information's.
∎ Good understanding on HR Policy and Procedure Manual, Finance Manual & Travel Policy.
∎ Supervising and monitoring activities implemented by the project staffs.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with govt. law and enforcement department, education department, district and upazilla level administrations, local government institutions;
∎ Organize and provide training/orientation/workshop on community mobilization & awareness training on different issues especially on community engagement and resilience.
∎ Organize and conduct different community events as per project guideline
∎ Provide timely logistic and procurement support to the project team
∎ Preparation and submission of programmatic and financial progress reports.
∎ Preparation of concept notes and project proposals.
∎ Maintain coordination with various networks in Cox's Bazar.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent communication skill in ICT
∎ Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical and conflict regulation capacity.
∎ Having mentality to stay in coastal/hilly areas and willingness to work with under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
