Job Context: We are the leading mobile application development firm in Bangladesh, We are looking for a Project Manager (Full Stack Developer) who will manage our projects and assist to the design and development team.

Primary focus of this position will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React js workflows. Need to ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Need to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

• Write complex backend code with PHP with Laravel (preferred), NodeJS. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Clear understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
• Create automated builds.Independently plan, design, maintain and deploy web applications to meet our business needs.
• Research, guide and solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Ensure the accurate operation of web servers and software.
• Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and continuously evaluate and promote the use of new tools, techniques, frameworks, and platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to other Jr. Software Engineers Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Maintaining the system environment by identifying requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring performance.
• Initiating system specifications by analyzing information, designing system infrastructure, and security requirement.
• Planning and executing the selection, installation, and configuration of the system.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying problems that arise. Monitoring database efficiency, ensuring that databases meet user requirements.Assisting in database design, designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
• Designing databases with both front-end and back-end users in mind.
• Troubleshooting and resolving database security and integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database.
• Planning and execution of database backup and recovery; preparing disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with design, development, QA, and operations teams to streamline and automate software development processes.
• Providing insight into specific user experience patterns for designs and behaviours.
• Documenting technical specifications and tasksHelping maintain code quality, organisation, and source control.
• Performing code quality reviews of others work.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, positioning our applications at the forefront of innovation.
• Continuously explore, assess, and integrate new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
