Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all documents (Design report/ Structural/ Architectural) as per the standard of ALLIANCE/ACCORD/RSC.
∎ Prepare all documents as per the standard of the Buyer.
∎ Preparing CAP (Corrective Action Plan) as per the requirement of ALLIANCE/ACCORD//RSC/ other relevant authorities and coordinating with them regarding compliance regulations.
∎ Coordinating with consultants and implementing the work as per their requirements.
∎ Factory chief inspector approval drawing making.
∎ Floor plan drawing making as per standard of ALLIANCE/ACCORD/RSC.
∎ Floor load plan drawing making as per standard of ALLIANCE/ACCORD/RSC.
∎ Supervise, monitor and ensure the overall quality of construction works including finishing works and the quality of materials being used at respective projects as per the specifications
∎ Preparing work plans and periodical reports for ongoing projects.
∎ Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all contractor's people.
∎ Regular maintenance of Factory Building & Others
∎ Calculate cost and determine the feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ Work monitoring during the construction based on advice from the consultant, Head of the departments, and all relevant authorities.
∎ Any other tasks are given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in civil engineering
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ License as a professional engineer
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
∎ Complete knowledge of relevant legislation
