Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring timely, quality, and end-to-end delivery of tech/enterprise projects
∎ Bringing in all stakeholders, internal and external, tying in loose ends, resolving conflicts thus ensuring delivery
∎ Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Working with all stakeholders and end-users to understand the project requirements, vision, GTM and ensure quality delivery accordingly
∎ Address and mitigate different types of project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
∎ Meet with end users to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
∎ Making sure Agile and contemporary project management practices are adhered to across the division
∎ Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
∎ Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project Management skills with PMP certification (preferred).
∎ Proven work experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
∎ Excellent documentation skills
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
∎ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
∎ Problem-solving skills
