- Offer support and guidance to writers, aiding in their development and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure the delivery of superior quality work from writers before final submission to clients.
- Encourage and inspire writers towards skill enhancement while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage client communications effectively, including responding to emails, handling revisions, and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Execute any tasks as directed by senior management.
