Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master of Law (LLM) in Law
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Project Site Office and update information to Head Office Legal department time to time.
∎ To verify the records of rights from the land office (i.e. known as land Revenue office)
∎ Review Land Documents before purchase
∎ Prepare deed and documents.
∎ To keep and maintain good relations with AC-Land for Mutation.
∎ be incurred in connection with the Deed of Agreement, Registration, Legal vetting, Transfer etc. Conduct RS Mutation on property.
∎ Supervise Project Support staffs to ensure services to the visited clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s); 3 years' direct experience in land purchase and project Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accurate record keeping, Land and Legal, Land Purchase, Mutation
∎ Details knowledge on land allocation process.
