Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation having no 3rd class in academic career with Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and evaluate site work for timely completion as per the Work Order.
∎ Analyze blueprints and other documentation i.e. architectural, civil, structural and Interior Design construction documents/drawings, along with specifications.
∎ Ensure Erection & Installation works are done as per drawings & relevant engineering standards as well as confirm the quality of materials used.
∎ Continuous communication with Head Office regarding the work progress.
∎ Make co-ordination with the vendors and suppliers.
∎ Scrutinize vendors and suppliers bill to maintain cost control
∎ Ensure completion of the project works within the Master Budget.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience in Bank.
∎ Candidates having experience in Head Office Interior decoration of Large Corporate will get preference.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, Auto CAD.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be proactive attitude towards taking challenges and meeting deadlines.
