• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, E-commerce Startup

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
• Prepared in any projects Estimation, BOQ, Gantt Chart, budget of different projects.
• Prepare and check comparative statements, rate analysis, etc. of various construction.
• Prepare and check BOQ & BOM of all projects.
• Take client requirements properly and brief it sales team & site engineers.
• Prepare quotations, layout, plan, presentations for clients.
• Handle client's queries & monitoring it as their requirements.
• Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
• Tracking apartment modification decisions and timely execution towards customer commitment.
• Implementing the work by contractors as per work program and give necessary instructions accordingly.
• Check the layout and drawing of different plans by using AutoCAD.
• Supervision of construction works of all Projects.
• To check running bill, final bill preparation & submission.
