∎ Minimum of 5 year of experience in project management, product development, or a related leadership role, preferably in the audio or electronics industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of audio technologies, speaker design, and IT product lifecycle management.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
∎ Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, & emerging audio technologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the strategic planning and execution of our speaker project, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with Walton DigiTech's mission.
∎ Oversee the entire lifecycle of the E-Bike project, from conceptualization to product launch.
∎ Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management, showcasing your versatility and dedication.
