Job Context:

∎ We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Coordinator to help organization leaders administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
∎ Project Coordinator`s responsibilities include working closely with our leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. The project coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and assist CEO and leads with project information of all types. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, in-depth knowledge of different tools such as Youtrack, Asana, Trello, as you`ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
∎ Ultimately, the Project Coordinator`s duties are to help program lead to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards and also to assist the CEO with all project and performance information.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with CEO and leads and coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
∎ Actively monitor project boards and check if any deadlines are missed or not
∎ Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
∎ Analyse risks and opportunities
∎ Monitor project progress and inform CEO and program lead possible issue that may hinder project progress
∎ Work with the project teams to eliminate blockers
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
∎ Ensure standards and requirements are met through as set by the organization
∎ Provide analytical reports and information to program lead and CEO whenever required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in Agile Methodology, Project Management, Software Implementation
∎ Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
∎ Knowledge of Youtrack is a plus. Working experience of Jira, Asana, Trello etc would be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance and control
∎ Excellent Analytical & Interpersonal skills
∎ Experience with SQL and other query languages would be a plus.
