Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent to organize, strategize and launch a successful, customized tele medicine program that suits the needs of the people at rural areas.
∎ Everything from the initial phone call to the first telemedicine appointment is included in a customized project plan.
∎ Ensure that the stakeholders understand roles and responsibilities, and the telemedicine program launches uninterruptedly.
∎ Along each step of the implementation, responsible for providing weekly reports regarding progress and roadblocks and ensures the launch date and scope of the project is maintained and on track.
∎ Promote telemedicine in local community through education, awareness building and motivation
∎ Coordinate between health camp operations and IT, Finance, HRD, Legal within the company with respect to their involvement with the project
∎ Form groups of Project members to ensure the services for the vulnerable patients in the rural community.
∎ Responsible for establishing telemedicine schedule coordination at start-up of project.
∎ Provide direction & leadership to project team members from smooth operations/ success of the project
∎ Ensure that all project tasks are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
∎ Troubleshoot all related issues involving telehealth platform
∎ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Experience in telemedicine preferred
∎ Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Project Management
∎ Must have the experience and mind set of working in rural areas
∎ Frequent travel will require to meet the diversified activities of the project
∎ Experience of setting up a health camp in rural areas will add preference
∎ Strong communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others in diverse working environments.
∎ Computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word, XL and PPT
Salary: Negotiable
