Job Context:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term up to 31 December 2020
∎ Duty Station: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Job Purpose: S/he will be responsible to lead the close out of the project. Key deliverables during this period would be ensuring that all project activities are completed to a high standard and on time. Considering it is the end of the project candidate would need to coordinate the end line, final evaluation and any final reporting requirements. Also, learning is an important component of the project. The candidate will need to collaborate with other Trickle Up projects implemented in India, Vietnam and Mexico in an end of project learning workshop. The candidate will also be required to work on any future proposal development to follow on from this project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that the Empowering Women and Youth through Graduation and Financial Inclusion Project strategy is fully delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to bring a positive change to the lives of the project participants through strategic guidance and support to the partner.
∎ To ensure that the necessary resources are available for the project and utilised effectively to implement high quality project for bringing positive change in the life of beneficiaries.
∎ As a member of the Char Programme team, work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure advocacy, mainstreaming M&E and excellence within Concern's work.
∎ To lead Empowering Women and Youth through Graduation and Financial Inclusion Project team and develop their capacity to deliver high quality support that would be a force to tackle poverty.
∎ Contribute to the process of implementing quality programmes by ensure that the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) of accountability is conceptualized and effectively implemented throughout the organization, and at the country programme level.
∎ To Monitor and review performance and in particular, holding staff accountable for meeting the success criteria and delivering any improvement goals which have been identified; giving corrective feedback where required and taking decisive action in the case of poor performance.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to the partner's team to ensure program participants have established sustainable linkages to the mainstream microfinance of RDRS to continue to make investments in new business with all required skills and knowledge.
∎ To promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback. Orientating partner NGOs and other stakeholders on the CHS standards and the Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM) established for the project.
∎ Any other duties as specified by the Line Manager/Country Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of progressive career and experienced in leading and managing livelihoods projects involving PNGOs and government stakeholders
∎ Experience of project implementation in the remote areas like char and haor will be given preference.
∎ Excellent proven experience on financial inclusion, M&E, quantitative and qualitative study including PRA/Participatory Approaches
∎ Experience of working with the value chain and market will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Experience of work with District and Upa-zilla level govt. officials will be an asset.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
∎ Ability to prepare high quality reports and presentations for a range of key audience
∎ Ability to represent project at various level.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer (MS word, spread sheet, power point)

Salary: Tk. 85896 - 104405 (Monthly)
