∎ Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing capacity-building initiatives.
∎ Excellent facilitation, training, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong organizational and communication abilities.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders and team members.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel, report writing, analytics and change management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement capacity-building plans for project staff, stakeholders, and community members.
∎ Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor capacity-building initiatives.
∎ Develop training modules and materials aligned with project objectives and target audience requirements.
∎ Facilitate and assist organization of training and capacity development initiatives for public health manager, govt staff including HA, HI and CHCP to improve capacity and performance.
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and on-the-job coaching and prepare presentations.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of training content.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives and recommend improvements.Maintain detailed records of training activities and participant progress.
∎ Coordination and collaboration with national programmes, government agencies, and relevant internal programme of BRAC. SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.·
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ With the support of The Global Fund, The Climate Change and Health Project aims to raise awareness about the health impacts of climate change, particularly the rise in vector-borne and communicable diseases. By engaging local communities, health authorities, and relevant stakeholders, the project focuses on preventive measures, early warning systems, and capacity building to reduce the health risks associated with climate change. Activities include advocacy campaigns, training for health workers, seasonal health updates, and the identification and elimination of disease breeding grounds.
∎ The project strives to enhance community resilience and promote sustainable health practices in the face of climate challenges.
